I'm an undercover Ninja-Goddess posing as a bad-ass entrepreneur and leader of a global fitness movement [Belly-Fit].
I wake women up through movement and music that induce a joyful flow-state where deep healing and connection are made possible.

Belly Fit is…
Our mission is to help rewrite the conversation we’re all having with our bodies…especially our bellies.
We’re here to reclaim the word BELLY as a beautiful, powerful, sensual aspect of Woman ~ an aspect that should be loved, respected, strengthened and honoured for what it does, NOT for how it looks!
We’re here to help change perceptions of what a strong core actually looks and feels like and shift the focus from form to function & feeling. A ‘fit belly’ means much, much more than having a six pack. Being fit in the belly is about connecting to the power in our centre and respecting & loving this area of our body as the life giving, creative powerhouse of our being that it is…rolls, scars, dimples and all! It’s about loving ourselves unconditionally and honouring the many stages we go through as women throughout our lives. It’s about being connected to who we are…strong, sexy and sacred, with or without flat abs!
We create workouts designed specifically for the modern woman ~ pelvis, hips, belly, breasts, booty and brain ~ all that fabulous, feminine goodness gets worked, shaped and shimmied!
What is the most recent moment of complete Flow in your life?
Teaching a packed Bellyfit® class to dozens of sweaty, glowing Goddesses with my beloved, DJ Rowan rockin' the decks!
How can someone integrate flow into their movement practice?
The only way to integrate flow is to be fully present IN the body. Otherwise, the mind will try to control the show and create disconnect. By being present IN the body, the mind chills out and a collaboration between body and mind, begins to arise. This is where the flow lives. It cannot be forced. It can not be demanded. It must be allowed, welcomed and softened into. Even in extreme output, we can find flow, if we relax, drop resistance and tap into Universal flow, within and without.
What are your other best life hacks / self care practices?
As the mother of a 17 year old IG, SC Diva-Goddess, I'm learning to see how my reaction to whatever is happening around me will determine my ability to stay grounded and happy, or not. Trying to control my daughter, or anything else is ultimately futile. The only thing I can control is my mind. So choosing a positive thought/reaction is my greatest self care practise. That, and hot baths...every night!
What are you most passionate about in your life, outside of your career?
My marriage, my daughter and cupcakes. ;)
